Short, practical videos that show exactly how local businesses use AI to save hours, collect more cash, and stop being the bottleneck. No hype. No coding background required.
We build custom software and put AI to work for businesses from a few hundred thousand to $50M+ in annual revenue — across every industry. This series is that same thinking, made simple enough to start on your own today.
Five short videos. Start with the why, end watching AI build real things live.
Go in order the first time. By the end you'll understand what AI is, why it matters for your business, and what it can build.
Download the one file below and paste it into your own Claude. It interviews you and hands back a step-by-step plan made for your business.
Don't try to automate everything. Choose the single most painful, repetitive task — and let AI take it off your plate first.
Everything the videos cover — skim it here without watching a thing.
You have fixed time and fixed money. AI multiplies what you can get done by taking repetitive work off your plate — which frees you to deliver better results for your customers.
Here's the uncomfortable part: AI won't put you out of business. Someone using it will. Humans with better tools beat humans with worse tools — every time. The guy with the spear beat the guy with the rock. This isn't man versus machine yet. It's just man with a better tool versus man with a worse one.
If you genuinely care about your team, adopting this tech is the responsible move — because winning the business lets you take care of more people, not fewer. Nobody gets fired. You just stop being the bottleneck.
"AI" is a buzzword that means almost nothing on its own. What matters is a large language model like Claude — it reads words the way you do, runs them through a giant brain of everything it's learned, and predicts what should come next. Same as you deciding what to say based on what you know.
It's flexible, not a calculator — ask the same thing twice and you might get two slightly different answers. That flexibility is the point. The trick is pointing it at the right work so the results are reliable.
Every business does three things, and AI can help with all three:
Your first AI workflow should attack the most painful, repetitive task inside one of these buckets. That's where it pays off fastest.
Claude in a chat window is a brilliant assistant behind glass. Great for quick answers, but it can't reach into your business and do things.
Claude Code is that same intelligence living inside your computer with hands. It reads your files, builds documents and web pages, connects to your other software, and does real work for you. It runs inside a free workshop called VS Code. It looks intimidating for about ten minutes — then it just looks like an employee who never sleeps. You're not becoming a programmer. You're the one telling the programmer what to build.
With simple plain-English instructions, in about five minutes each, Claude Code can:
You can run several at once. At that point the limit isn't how much AI can do — it's how much you can pay attention to.
Not a PDF you skim. It's a small folder you hand to Claude — a paste-in starter file, all the video transcripts, an example context file, and a sample skill. Give it to your AI and it asks about your business, then hands you a step-by-step plan pointing you to the right video at each step.
A lot of what we do, we first learned from Nick Saraev. If you want to push this further and see how far AI can take a business, his YouTube channel is one of the best free resources out there.
Nick and Jack help local businesses adopt AI without the headache. If your first workflow is bigger than a weekend project, this is the move.
